Notes This is too famous a title to mention in which Mickey Mouse made his debut.Set in a steamboat “Willie”, it is an animated cartoon featuring Mickey,Minnie, and Mickey’s long time enemy Pete. Though there were 2 silent titles (“Plane Crazy” and “The Gallopin‘Gaucho) produced and released earlier, in which Mickey appeared, this first Disney cartoon in the world to feature synchronized sound was released on Nov 18th, 1928 and created a huge sensation. At that time Walt Disney himself was the voice actor for Mickey.This title was the fi rst fi lm featuring our superstar of the world, Mickey Mouse.

Notes Mickey gets a kangaroo as a gift. This kangaroo was a bit troublesome and annoys Pluto. It is funny. Thisv is a precious title as it was the last blackand-white featuring Mickey.

Notes This was the second title produced after the huge success of another world's first feature animation “Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs”. It is a monumentall title as its inserted song “When You Wish Upon a Star”won for the first time among Disney cartoons the Academy Award for Best Song and the Academy Award for Best Scoring of a Musical Picture.Pinocchio is the most beautiful work in the Disney animation history as it was produced through Walt’s perfectionism. This is the representative title for Disney animation that is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year.

Profile Born in Chicago, he started to develop animation after he worked on a commercial animation job.He made the “ALICE COMEDIES” and“Oswald the Lucky Rabbit” series, but was forced to give up his rights to them. In frustration, he created Mickey Mouse which turned out to be the worldwide superstar. In 1928, he released the world's first talkie animation “Steamboat Willie,” followed by another world's fi rst feature animation “Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs” and numerous Masterpieces with various technical innovations.At the advent of television, he vigorously created animation programs for television. In 1955, he built the Disneyland which continues to be a successful and original theme park featuring movie characters.He is an indispensable icon of the American culture and continues to be an infl uential fi gure for leading artists not only in the fi lm/culture arena butalso across the board.
